CS Foundation exam is the entry stage to become a Company Secretary. CS Foundation syllabus consist of four papers.

Each paper carry 100 marks and a student shall score at least 40 marks in each paper and 200 marks in aggregate to clear the foundation exams. Study Materials issued by the Institute is sufficient for clearing foundation exams.
